How do I search for a ticket?
There are a number of ways to navigate the site. Firstly there is the search function located on the left hand side of all the pages. Searching for something is easy as pie. What is an E-ticket?
An Electronic Ticket in full. It basically means you wont have to worry about  messing around with paper and cash. You can purchase your ticket from the comfort of an armchair and have it delivered to your email account.

You will need to print your E-Ticket and take it with you to the venue. On the ticket will be 3 bits of important information. Firstly your name, followed by your group size and importantly your unique security code. As long as all 3 pieces of information match what we supply the venues with, then you’ll be granted entry.

What is an SMS ticket?
An SMS ticket is a something that we send to your mobile phone. As soon as your payment has cleared Google Checkout we automatically dispatch a unique text message to you. All the event details are listed on your text as well as your full name, your group size and most importantly your unique security code. You will need to take your phone with your message and present it on the door of the venue. Providing your details match with the list we provide the club with you will be granted entry. It really is as simple as that.

What is stopping me forwarding my ticket to my someone else?
Nothing is actually, but unfortunately not everyone will be getting in. Once the name is crossed off the venues list, no one else will be going in with the same details, so please keep you tickets safe. If you suspect someone has gained access to them, then let us know immediately, we will be able to cancel the tickets and supply you with some fresh new ones.

The events tonight, my email/SMS hasn’t arrived, please help!
First and foremost please relax and let us take the strain, if you’ve paid for tickets we will do whatever is necessary to get them to you in plenty of time.

In 99% of the cases we find that there is a quick solution.

Firstly please make sure that your ticket has not been placed in your trash/spam inbox in your email account.

Alternatively in My Arena you are able to reprint your tickets, up to the event closure time. Click here to log into your account, and get printing.

In a few cases Google Checkout will interrogate a payment as part of an ongoing commitment to fraud prevention. Please don’t be alarmed it’s a bit like being at the airport, its completely random and will take a little bit longer but your tickets will arrive in plenty of time for the event.

Of course not, we don’t want to be wasting your time when you’ve got things to be doing. Once you’ve paid for a ticket using Google Checkout the majority of your details will be stored for next time. What a relief. Don’t worry your card security details are not ever stored.

How do I know someone in a far away land wont be using my card details tomorrow?
Internet fraud is big business, so your right to be concerned. As a business that trades exclusively online we’ve made sure that you can buy with full confidence. We chose to use Google Checkout because of its security credentials. Google’s fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout, and Google does not share your purchase history or full card number with us.

I’ve had a Google confirmation email but no tickets yet?
The Google email confirms that your details have been submitted to the Google Checkout payment centre. It is likely that very shortly after your tickets will arrive. If your tickets haven’t arrived within minutes of your transaction then there is no need to worry, Google’s fraud detection system will be randomly scanning your payment. This unfortunately does take a little time, and providing there are no problems with your card or bank then your order will go through. In 99.9% of cases we deal with, transactions always go through. If you haven’t received your tickets after more than 4 hours please click here.

 Does a ticket Guarantee entry?
Good question, it does providing you satisfy a few things. Firstly is time of arrival. Any ticket you purchase from any source will always have a cut off time for guaranteed entry. Ours are no different, we’ve negotiated some of the latest guaranteed entry times for our tickets to make it easier for you, but you will need to check for each specific event as times can vary.

Secondly and most importantly is satisfying the venues. I know, I know, we didn’t make the rules.

Every venue is slightly different and we give a summary of what is expected on all the event listings. However there will be some things that never change.

Proof of Age – Most of the venues and events we sell tickets for will be for over 18 events, there may be some exceptions for over 21 events. Please make sure that you take proof of age, ie. Passport, drivers licence and if it’s a student night, proof of that too ie. Your NUS card. Theres nothing worse than being turned awa

Dress Code – Its all very well on Halloween turning up in blood stained bed sheets, but most venues have more stringent dress codes for the rest of the year, please check your specific event for full details.

A little worse for wear – Please enjoy your night and alcohol responsibly. Access to events will almost certainly be refused if you are deemed to be ‘unacceptably intoxicated’.
