Bristol Comedy Garden David O'Doherty -LINE UP
During the first week in July, the open lawns of Queens Square will become the Bristol Comedy Garden as a selection of some of the finest comedians from all over the nation will be entertaining its crowds through the weekend.
On the first evening on the 2nd July, the Bristol Comedy Garden‘s stage will echo the talents of regular 8 Out of Ten Cats and Never Mind The Buzzcocks star David O’Doherty. David is a multi award winning Irish comedian whose hilarious musical performances on his miniature keyboard have had him nominated and winning accolades such as Perrier’s ‘Best Newcomer’ and the if.comedy award. As well as his blossoming stand up career, David O’Doherty has appeared in several hit TV shows as well as writing Children’s Books.
Next on the line up we have Henning Wehn, a hugely applauded German individual who has like O’Doherty appeared on several well-known TV quiz shows. Henning has in the past won Hackney Empire’s award for the Act of The Year, as well as receiving a nomination for the Barry Award. Completing Bristol Comedy Garden’s first night at Queens Square is Andrew Maxwell as well as a secret special guest. You may have spotted Andrew Maxwell on popular TV events like The Secret Policeman’s Ball, as well as other panel shows.
It can’t be denied that this is an exciting line up which will be no doubt have everyone leaving with big smiles on their faces.
