Now relocated to The Ritz in Manchester, Burn Out Festival is an 8 hour party taking place on the 29th of August, bringing together some of the best acts in hip-hop, grime and electronic music. There will be a large selection of performers to see on the night that took The Kraak Gallery by storm earlier this year in July.
On the line up is Pretidah, whose original singles and remix work are both regularly heard in clubs, most notably his tracks ‘Red Bull’, ‘Bass Low’ and the remix of Disclosure’s ‘Stimulation’. Newham Generals are also joining the bill, the duo consisting of D Double E and Footsie who through taking the grime world by storm have inspired new concepts and styles, whilst managing to top album charts with their LP ‘Bag Of Grease’.
Rinse FM DJ Paleman is next up, a DJ who can be expected to unload a fury of garage infected house that takes influence from jazz, house, techno and African music. More UKG vibes are also found through DJ Q and Zed Bias, the latter of which produced one of the most famous garage tracks of all time, ‘Neighbourhood’. These guys will also be taking to The Ritz on the 29th of August, joined also by the likes of Biome, Same Name, Kalli, Gold Teeth, Devilman, Logan Sama, The Mouse Outfit, Spooky, Darq E Freaker, Klose One & Mvson as well as the Burn Out residents and a number of special guests.
