It feels like we have been waiting an absolute eternity for summer sun to arrive, and now it’s finally here, for how long is another matter entirely! Here at BSU HQ we have been working super hard to keep the party vibes flowing throughout the season for all our loyal party starters. So, it gives us great pleasure to announce that we will be teaming up as club partners with Croatia’s hottest new festival, our very good friends over at UNKNOWN, to provide the launch party for the Leeds masses!

Bringing the sonic heat will be none other than Fantastic Man aka Mic Newman! The Australian export has gone from strength to strength in both his homeland and across the globe over the last few years with some outstanding releases on Get Physical, murmur, Freerange, Tsuba and Fina Records as well as providing the soundtrack in some of the finest clubs in the world! As illusive and mysterious as his Fantastic Man moniker has proved to be, he always comes with the goods when prompted with a delectable selection of aural goodness on labels such as Wolf Music, Kolour LTD and Jacques Renault’s infamous Lets Play House imprint which have all regularly frequented our record bags!

So there you have it, a combined effort from ourselves and one of the most hotly tipped festivals this side of the universe can only mean one thing, in the words of Ted ‘Theodore’ Logan…PARTY ON DUUUUDES!
