Living hope have tried not to rely on donations as they believe this makes people dependent on Charity Hence the projects that they have built , such as the Farm for orphans project where they are building Farms all over the state to feed all the 7000 children in their care and generate income to send them to schools.
This New project is to acquire and renovate a school and land surrounding the school to be used as a staging house and orphanage for the children as currently most are housed with volunteers (one house 69 children share 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
If you have advanced or basic skills in teaching or carpentry, DIY, etc and like the idea of taking part, please feel free to get in touch.
The Project runs on a 6 werk – 3 months course. You just cover the cost of your flights which is around £600 (give or take) plus and Room & Board including food which would be a further £200
