After their February grime takeover with rising superstar Stormzy, Arts Club welcomes Chibuku Shake Shake back to its two rooms on Saturday March 5th to play host to one of the most respected duos in British dance music, Chase & Status.

In 2008, Will and Saul, also known as Chase & Status, released their debut album More Than A lot, which was hailed as one of the best drum & bass albums to have been released until then. With underground anthems like Take Me Away and Smash TV and chart topping singles from the following album, the pair rose to being one of the biggest drum & bass duos and are still regarded amongst the best today. Although their sound has changed throughout their following three albums, they are still revered by bass music fans all over the world and will no doubt put in a great performance at Chibuku next month.

Joining Chase & Status will be the number one selling D&B DJ and producer Dimension. Dimension recently pipped the top spot on Beatport’s D&B top 10 with his single Panzer, which carries a similar sound to much of Chase & Status’ earlier material. Put him with other favourites Culture Shock, Bonkaz and Yungen, not to mention Rude Kid, Rich Reason and the DJS from Sessions Fraction and you have yourself a quite a party.
