Enjoy a taste of Leeds' newest cookery school, Get Cooking, with owner Emily Carey using wild foods gathered by Lisa Cutcliffe, a Leeds based forager with over 10 years of experience.
Emily will guide atendees through the making of pizza, pasta, risotto or pastry dishes depending on the ingredients available on the day, representing a true taste of the season complemented by staples specially selected from the larder. Whatever Lisa has gather on her latest expedition will be cooked up right there and then. After the session, atendees will be invited to stag and enjoy the fruits of their labour washed down with complementary prosecco.
