A two-and-a-half hour session covering it all, from coffee origins and processing to selecting the right beans for your chosen brew, plus water quality, filtration methods and the best equipment. After that it’s over to you to put knowledge into practice at North Star’s brand new training facility where you will be able to take charge of La Marzocco espresso machines.
