LIF - Thornback: Pop-Up Restaurant
Head down to Leeds Dock for Thornback, an exclusive pop-up restaurant from chef Brett Barnes, returning to his home city of Leeds after a career spent cooking for Mark Hix and cheffing it up in the Swedish wilds at Favikan. He'll be joined by ex Hix group head chef Ronnie Murray for this unique, seafood focussed tasting menu in an outdoor canal-side restaurant created specially for the occasion.
