Provenance Butchers presents Swine and Dine. A nose to tail supper club.

Award winning local butchers, Provenance, team up with Paradise by way of Kensal Green to bring you their supper club – Swine & Dine. This will be a nose to tail dining experiencing delivering a variety of dishes which will take you on a culinary journey.

The event will be hosted by Provenance co-founder Struan Robertson – an alumnus of the School of Artisan Food – with menu curated by Paradise Head Chef, Cat Ashton.

Enjoy a 4 course menu and a welcome drink.

Canapé and cocktail

Smokey bacon whisky old fashion
Pigs head croquette with honey and whole grain mustard aioli

Shared starters

Crispy pigs ears with parsley and lemon salad
Charcuterie board with pickles, celeriac remoulade and bruschetta
Cotechino stuffed trotters with lentils and mustard fruit

Main

Slow roast pork belly with confit potatoes, piquillo pepper and caper berry dressing

Dessert

Sanguinaccio Dolce on toasted brioche with ricotta and black pepper ice cream
