Thursday to Sunday: Gates are open between 10AM – 10PM
Monday: Last exit 2PM
- AGE RESTRICTIONS:
-Ticket holders 17 and under MUST camp in the same location as their families and/or guardians.
-By purchasing a Child (0 - 10 years old) or Young Person (11 - 17 years old) Ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for the child or young person for whom you are purchasing.
-17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 and over at all times.
- FOOD & DRINK ALLOWANCE:
You can bring your own food and drinks to the campsite with you, but please note our rules for alcoholic beverages as follows:
EITHER: 12 x cans of beer / larger / cider per person OR: 6 x cans + 1 bottle of wine per person. We ask you not to bring any hard liquor or spirits with you. Your personal alcohol allowance can only be consumed in the campsite. You will not be allowed to take it into the festival areana.
There are fully stocked bars throughout the arena.
ADULT LONG WEEKEND CAMPING: £125.00
LONG WEEKEND - YOUNG PERSON (11-17): £50.00
This ticket can only be purchased with an ADULT ticket to a maximum of 4 per adult; Photographic ID required gaining access to the Festival. Young Person tickets are limited and subject to availability at point of sale.
CHILD (0-10): £5.00
This ticket can only be purchased with an ADULT ticket to a maximum of 4 per adult; Photographic ID might be required to gain access to the Festival. Child wristbands will be exchanged on arrival at the Festival Box Office. Child tickets are limited and subject to availability at point of sale.
CAR PARK: £10
LIVE-IN VEHICLES: £50.00
Live-in Vehicles are only available to Long Weekend Festival ticket holders
LIVE-IN VEHICLES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Designated areas of the site are the only place where Festival ticket holders can sleep in vehicles.
- These vehicles will only be allowed in the fields if they have living accommodation with fitted sleeping facilities and either fitted cooking or washing facilities.
- Unsuitable vehicles, including unconverted vans with Campervan / Caravan tickets will not be allowed entry and will be sent to one of the festival car parks ¬ and as it is contrary to our licence; security patrols will not permit sleeping in any vehicles in these car parks. Trailer tents are permitted.
- The decision that your campervan or caravan meets with our criteria is made by the Campervan gate manager and their decision is final.
- All other vehicles with the exception of towing vehicles must be parked in the car parks. Towing vehicles must remain in the same field as caravans, not parked elsewhere.
- Vehicle tickets are only valid with a festival weekend camping ticket per person. Each person within the vehicle must have a valid weekend festival ticket and ONLY weekend festival ticket holders will be permitted in the campervan area.
- Vehicle tickets must be purchased in advance. - No tents may be erected between vehicles for fire safety reasons.
- There is NO water or electricity hook available; however there will be a water point in the area for general use. - Live-in vehicles can leave the site during the Festival. Last entry at 10PM each day.
DISABLED CUSTOMERS SHOULD PURCHASE STANDARD TICKETS; THERE ARE NO DISABLED CUSTOMER SPECIFIC TICKETS. Please note all tickets are subject to availability at point of purchase.

EMAIL and POSTAL NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday 10th July 2015.
In our commitment to make the festival accessible to everyone, we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with a free ticket for a personal assistant. To take advantage of this scheme, please specify when you email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to provide copies of recent (2013) DLA letters that show what your current level of care or mobility allowance is. We appreciate that some people may require assistance but not receive DLA, please contact us to discuss your access requirements. When you buy a Somersault Festival ticket through any outlet you automatically qualify for this scheme, you will receive a confirmation email which you must present on arrival at the event. It’s that simple! We do ask that only those people that would be unable to attend the festival without the full time assistance of someone query through this scheme. The scheme is only available to ticket holders, so children aged 10 and under are not eligible. Each request will be looked at individually. The scheme is not run on a first come first served basis; however, note that tickets are subject to availability at point of purchase.
