Where does my ticket get me in?
Chapter XII ticket is for the day festival.
Chapter by Night ticket / Elrow presents Hot Creations is for after party.
AFTER PARTY tickets available on the day from the Ice Cream van will be £20.
GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL
I need to book my travel to Chapter XII festival. How can I get there?
Coach – you can get a coach to Birmingham coach station via National Express. This is a 5-minute walk to the festival site. Taxi’s are outside the coach station – venue location to taxi drivers is ‘The Rainbow, Digbeth’
Train – you can get a train to Birmingham New Street/Moor St (depending which is applicable to where you’re coming from). It is a 15 minute walk to the festival site from either train station. Taxi’s are outside train stations – venue location to taxi drivers is ‘The Rainbow, Digbeth’
Car – there are no allocated car parking spaces at the festival
How do I find out directions to the festival?
Chapter XII is held against the backdrop of Digbeth’s beautiful railway arches in Birmingham. The exact directions are given when you purchase a ticket and can be found in the text of an E-Ticket.

When is last entry for Chapter XII festival?
The last entry for general sale is 4pm. PLEASE NOTE if you are on guest list or have ‘I’m In’ tickets, your latest entry is 2pm
Where are the festival entrance points?
There are two entrance points to Chapter XII festival. Both will be located on Heath Mill Lane, Digbeth (all sign posted).
Gate 1 is located on Lower Trinity street
Gate 2 is located on Bromly street
Which entrance do I go to?
Please ensure you go to the right gate according to the ticket you purchased:
Gate 1 – guest list, early bird, Valentine’s offer, group offer, I’m In tickets.
Gate 2 – first, second, third release, forth release, final release
(There will be lane signage on the day of the festival).
Can I leave the festival and go back in?
No you will not be allowed re-entrance once you exit the festival.
Will there be ATM machines available at the festival?
Yes. The ATM machines will be located outside arena stages.
Will there be food available at the festival?
Yes. Digbeth Dining Club will be provide the food stands at the festival:
Flying Cows – locally produced by their pedigree herd, Flying Cows are the newest burger crew on the block.
Baked in Brick is a Birmingham based caterer creating neapolitan style pizzas and other great dishes cooked in a wood fired oven in quick time.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
What form of ID will be accepted?
We accept passports, and EU photocard driving license. We do NOT accept photocopies. Please bring an original and VALID form of ID with you.
Challenge 25 will be in operation.
All student tickets require a student card
Will there be a cloakroom?
There will be a cloakroom available throughout the day at Chapter XII festival. The cloakroom will have staff operating all day and night.
Is there going to be a phone recharging service?

Prohibited items for Chapter XII are as follows:
Illegal substances, psychoactive substances, nitros oxides and legal highs
Aerosols, spray cans (including deodorants, perfumers, aftershaves, hairspray)
Anything that could be reasonably considered for use as a weapon
Air horns, compressed air
Gas canisters or cylinders
Portable laser equipment and pens
Unofficial tabards, hi-vis jackets, wristbands.
