Longevity is not easy to come by but Todd Terry shows that it is more than possible to be at the top of the game for 30+ years in a dog eat dog industry. He has created some of the most recognisable cross-over dance tracks ever made; such as ‘Something’s Going On’, ‘Keep On Jumpin’ and ‘Missing’. The Grammy Award nominated DJ/producer was already a turntable addict who found and became engaged with European dance records, this helped develop his sound as he got his big break in England – the rest is history. As he heads towards nearly 3 decades of dance floor domination under his belt, Todd’s releases and DJ sets are still going from strength to strength.
Hailing from the North of England, Josh Butler has been on a steep rise to distinction with high calibre house music. After being singled out by Pete Tong as a ‘Future Star’ nearly two years ago and also picked up by Chase & Status for releases on their own MTA Records imprint it showed that Josh was forming a very serious career.
Still at a tender age Butler has played to dance floors and not in the UK or Europe but over the globe. His breakthrough track ‘Got A Feeling’ caused a storm within dance music and became one of the big tracks of 2013 with plays from everyone from Steve Lawler to Heidi.
