Electric Fields Festival 2018
2018
Held at the magnificent Drumlanrig Castle in Thornhill, Scotland, Electric Fields Festival pairs beautiful music with beautiful scenery in the hills of Dumfries and Galloway. Perched in the middle of the forest an hour south of Edinburgh and Glasgow, the festival combines rich greenery with exquisite bookings, adding in family-oriented activities like wildlife walks, games areas and fairground rides for good measure.
Each year, four music stages play host to some of the best bands around, with previous performers including The Twilight Sad, Vessels, Primal Scream and Wild Beasts. Favourably reviewed by Scottish tastemakers like The Skinny and Glasgow Music, Electric Fields now takes place over two days, the music extended to a full weekend to make sure that visitors have time to get their fill of the plentiful entertainment on offer.
