Field Day festival has brought the best bands and electronic acts to London since 2007, moving to a single day event in 2017. Relocating to Brockwell Park in 2018 after years spent in East London's Victoria Park, the boutique music festival has grown to become one of the most popular alternative events across the country, and regular attendees will be excited to see what's in store as it heads to Brixton.
Drawing together promoters at the heart of the capital’s scene, the festival has honed a signature musical identity whilst developing a warm and tranquil aesthetic at its original home in East London. With external influences such as Bugged Out and Eat Your Own Ears lending their musical know how, Field Day is able to curate distinctive lineups featuring breakthrough and established artists, and featured a rare appearance from abstract producer and electronic music pioneer Richard D James, aka Aphex Twin, in 2017.
Brixton's Brockwell Park will already be well known to London’s dance music community having hosted the chic new festival Sunfall in 2016 and 2017, and will provide a home for Field Day, Lovebox and Citadel as well in 2018.
