About

Field Day festival has brought the best bands and electronic acts to London since 2007, moving to a single day event in 2017. Relocating to Brockwell Park in 2018 after years spent in East London's Victoria Park, the boutique music festival has grown to become one of the most popular alternative events across the country, and regular attendees will be excited to see what's in store as it heads to Brixton.

Drawing together promoters at the heart of the capital’s scene, the festival has honed a signature musical identity whilst developing a warm and tranquil aesthetic at its original home in East London. With external influences such as Bugged Out and Eat Your Own Ears lending their musical know how, Field Day is able to curate distinctive lineups featuring breakthrough and established artists, and featured a rare appearance from abstract producer and electronic music pioneer Richard D James, aka Aphex Twin, in 2017.

2018 boasts and impressive set of names too, with Erykah Badu, Four Tet, Thundercat, Earl Sweatshirt and NAO leading a pack that also includes Tony Allen, Mount Kimbie, AJ Tracey, Floating Points and Helena Hauff. James Holden and The Animal Spirits, Children of Zeus, The Comet is Coming, Madlib, Gilles Peterson and Jeff Mills are also notable selections.
