Isle of Wight Festival 2020
Dating all the way back to the halcyon days of the late 1960s, Isle of Wight Festival is one of the oldest and most renowned festivals anywhere in the world, its rich history intrinsically tied up with the imagery and iconic moments of that era.
And while the festival may have only been revived just after the turn of this millennium, following a break of more than 30 years, stories of the legendary performances of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan et al. are still a vital part of the festival’s story.
In its modern form and new home at Seaclose Park, the festival continues to be an expansive musical celebration, with artists spanning genres and generations, and previous headliners featuring everyone from Fleetwood Mac to Jay Z, The Sex Pistols to David Guetta.
