Since 2004, Clapham Common in London has played host to the capital's premier inner city dance music festival that is South West Four. Taking place over two days during August bank holiday weekend, South West Four boasts an endless list of exclusive DJ sets, live acts, and very special one off back-to-backs from across the full spectrum of electronic music.
Named after Clapham’s postcode, South West Four boasts over eighty of the world best music acts every year as well as tens of thousands of avid clubbers who are there to see the artists world class performances. Each one of South West Four’s arenas plays host to a different clubbing brand each day, each seeing all types of dance music grace it’s stages. Over the years, Carl Cox, Toolroom, All Gone Pete Tong, Ram Records, Cocoon, Bedrock and The Gallery have (amongst a ton of others) all hosted star studded stages which showcasing the best in house, techno, trance, drum & bass and dub step. Exclusive sets have been played by the likes of Carl Cox and Loco Dice (who went back to back for the first time ever in the UK) as well as a huge list of prosperous DJ’s and live acts including Richie Hawtin, Sasha, Erick Morillo, Boys Noise (Live), Armin Van Buuren, Solomun, Paul Van Dyk, Underworld and Pendulum.
South West Four After Parties are also organised for those who want to continue into the night. Past after parties have been held at Ministry Of Sound and Electric Brixton with guests like Dyed Soundorom, Scuba, Pete Tong, Eric Prydz, Eats Everything, King Unique, Sasha and John Digweed.

220 acres of green space make Clapham Common an idyllic festival setting, with three ponds and plenty more natural features accentuating its natural beauty amidst the urban city. Providing for a range of sports and boasting a Grade II listed bandstand, the park is a scenic spot amidst the hustle and bustle of South London, and makes a perfect backdrop for both South West Four and House of Common.
