Wireless Festival has been taking place at the peak of summer at various London locations since 2005. Over the years Wireless Festival has held it’s annual gathering at Hyde Park, Queen Elizabeth’s Olympic Park and is currently held at Finsbury Park.

More recently, Wireless Festival has expanded to holding another annual event in Perry Park, Birmingham. Wireless Festival has continued to bring an exciting array of pop artists as well as some more underground up and coming performers to play to the crowds of thousands every year. Wireless Festival lasts 3 days over the first weekend in July during which the acts rotate to allow them to play at both locations over the weekend.
Over the years there have been a massive number of number one selling, Grammy Award winning, arena worthy guests who have played on the single stage at Wireless Festival, together with a selection of underground talent who might just be the next stars themselves. During their inaugural year Wireless Festival welcomed New Order, Basement Jaxx and Keane, however since then they stage has been graced by huge stars that have included Daft Punk, The Who, The White Strypes, The Cribs and Kanye West. Wireless Festival has also held a number of launch parties that have featured celebrity guests and DJs as well as putting on huge competitions, giving the opportunity to win various prizes, some of which include guest passes for the entire weekend.
In 2006 and 2007 The Wireless Festival also hosted a two day event at Harewood House in Leeds which saw The Who, The White Stripes, Daft Punk and The Cribs playing in the quaint surroundings of a Leeds stately home. Wireless Festival has also held a number of launch parties in Birmingham and London in the months before the festival which have also featured special guests and celebrity DJ’s as well as putting on huge competitions to win various prizes including guest area tickets to the festival.
