Please note, following the very positive Covid opening roadmap announced by the UK Government, we have had a number of Customer Service queries from very excited Festival goers. We are working through any queries as quickly as we can, however there may be a small delay.
Transfer of Festival Tickets
If you purchased a festival ticket for a 2020 event, which was postponed and you did not opt for a refund then your ticket will automatically transfer to the 2021 event.
You do not currently need to take any further action, and we will reach out to you in due course. If you would like to confirm your order, you may login to your Ticket Arena account, and click on the 'Orders' tab. You should then be able to see your valid order for your 2020 event, which will transfer.
