2015 MOBO nominations announced

Dedicated to creating platforms and opportunities for artists of any ethnicity performing black music, the MOBO Awards have been running since 1996, awarding urban talent at an awards ceremony held in rotational cities around the UK, with the 2015 instalment being held in Leeds.



Over the years the MOBO awards ceremonies have seen performances from the likes of Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, Kanye West, Amy Winehouse, John Legend and Jessie J amongst many other legends and modern stars from the world of urban music. With 13 categories in this year’s MOBO Awards, there will be recognitions for songs, albums and artists from specific areas of music and wider speicifcations.
