Since Canal Mills opened in Leeds just a few years ago, after one New Year’s Eve party, the club rocketed to the top for the places to usher in the New Year.
Last year Disclosure took the reigns as the headliners that stole the show, however this didn’t stop the likes of Karma Kid, TCTS and a number of local selectors stepping up to make it one hell of a celebration.
Since the refurbishment of Canal Mills, you can expect to be more involved than ever before as there are now raised platforms, more extensive décor and a new bar. The soundtrack will be supplied, as always, by the most upfront DJs out there, with this years proceedings being headed dup by BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac.
Annie Mac Presents has been touring round the world for a number of months, with a select ground of Annie’s favourite new school artists following her to each destination during her trip. Organised by Canal Mills in Collaboration with Leeds heavyweight bass music night Metropolis, this is a coming together of all those in the know on how to put on a good party.
Aside from Annie Mac, there will also be performances from the mighty Redlight, Low Steppa, Icarus and Arkive.
