The first ever Good Times In The Park is taking place across the 13th and 14th of September at Wormwood Scrubs Park in London, and as if the line up weren’t already mouth watering enough with the likes of Chaka Kahn, The Cuban Brothers, Groove Armada and Goldie gracing the festival, a new addition has just been added in the form of techno innovator, Carl Craig.
Detroit hero Carl Craig has been described as a creative visionary, a world class DJ and an electronic music icon, not to mention his Grammy nominations and countless chartings by many other of the worlds best music producers and DJs. Also known under the aliases Paperclip People and C2, Carl Craig has produced some of the most well-known techno tracks of the past few decades, with his remixes of Tom Trago’s ‘Use Me Again’ and Ramadanman & Appleblim’s ‘Void 23’ being two of his most popular, alongside multiple alternate projects that has seen Craig perform and record with everything from jazz set ups to symphony orchestras.
Carl Craig is just one more reason why the first ever Good Times In The Park is looking to be a huge success, with other music visionaries on the line up of the ilk of host Norman Jay MBE, Jazzie B, Fabio & Grooverider and Terry Farley amongst many others.
