Cirque Du Soul will be hosting thier inaugural El Dorado Festival from July 1st – 3rd this year, and to celebrate the event creeping closer, the organisers will be hosting a warm up party in Leeds to get everyone ready for what is shaping up to be a great debut festival.
The Road To El Dorado Festival will be taking place at Canal Mills in Leeds on Thursday 2nd June, with a number of guests set to appear, all of whom will be taking to Eastnor Castle in Ledbury the following month for the main event. You can be sure to expect the full Cirque Du Soul venue treatment at Canal Mills, with the brand being famous for their production and venue dressing. With the El Dorado theme, expect a jungle teaming with gold and dancing tribal folk to get you in the mood for the festival wide installations and production that you will be able to see one month later.
Joining the party ahead of El Dorado Festival will be Jaguar Skills, the mixing master who brings together every genre imaginable and makes it look easy. The former BBC Radio 1 host is the ultimate party starter and is one of the guests who will be playing at the Cirque Du Soul’s main event in July. Also playing will be Waver Bros, the London based duo if Will and Charlie Weaver, who hold a residency at Cirque Du Soul as well as Love Brunch and Cola Wine. The final guest will be TwoGood, the Leeds/Oxford based duo who have been making waves round the northern port of call for a couple of years.
Also playing at The Cirque Du Soul Road To El Dorado party at Canal Mills will be Mylo Harvey, Charley Marley, Luke Wolfman, Mistamina, Dirty Burb and lots more.
The El Dorado Festival will take place on July 1st – 3rd and features the likes of Basement Jaxx, Kano, Craig David’s TS5, Artful Dodger, Barely Legal, Blonde, Clean Cut Kid, David Rodigan, General Levy, Eton Messy, Matt Jam Lamont, Mr Scruff and much more.
