Club MTV stops off in Sheffield and Leeds

Club MTV stops off in Sheffield and Leeds

Club MTV is the events series pioneered by the most famous music television network on the air. Having been throwing parties for a long while now, Club MTV has made its way round many cities across the UK including London, Plymouth, Lincoln and Northampton.

As Leeds and Sheffield remain unconquered, Club MTV will be teaming up with Voodoo, one of the North’s most popular students promoters, to throw 2 events in what are arguably two of the liveliest cities in the country.

The first of the two will be taking place on Thursday 24th September at Leeds’ O2 Academy and will invite some of the most exciting up and coming DJs from the world of electronic music to play alongside local names from around the city. The night will be headlined by David Zowie, who has been in the spotlight recently since his new single House Every Weekend shot to the number 1 position in the UK Chart. Also playing will be Philip George, another artist who has had recent success with the No.2 single Wish You Were Mine.

Zowie will also be playing in Sheffield for Club MTV and Voodoo’s second collaboration on 16th October, once again at the cities O2 Academy. Here however he will be joined by young EDM favourite Shift K3y, Club MTV’s own duo R3wire & Varski and more.
