Detonate Festival confirm final lineup additions for 2015

Detonate Festival have announced the final artists who will be making their way to Colwick Country Park on Saturday the 30
th of May, completing the announcement with a stage split.

Taking place in the brands spiritual home of Nottingham, Detonate Festival will once again fill Colwick Country park with cutting edge dance music as swarms of the worlds greatest bass music DJs descend on the 4 stages that will occupy the grounds. With the Main Stage, Lakeside Stage and 2 further stages co-hosted by Basslace, Detonate, Wigflex and The Brickworks there will be an array of music style to enjoy, with world-class headliners at the helm of each one.

On the main stage, festival headliner Nas will be playing alongside Sub Focus, Sigma, Wilkinson, Skepta, David Rodigan, Shy FX, Roni Size, Preditah and also Cadenza (pictured above), who has just been added. MCs Stamina MC and MC ID will host the main stage. The Basslace x Detonate Arena will see a drum & bass frenzy from Camo & Krooked, Calyx & Teebee, Hype, Marky, Hazard, Icicle – Entropy Live, Dub Phizix, S.P.Y, Transit Mafia and MCs Dynamite, SP:MC, Strategy, Skittles, Ruthless and Freestyle on hype duties. This second stage will now also play host to Spectrasoul and Dimension.

The Wigflex x The Brickworks Stage will be where house music fans will be able to sate their appetites as the co-founding Innervisions duo Âme headline, with Dusky, A Guy Called Gerald, Zomby, Lone, Mumdance & Novelist, Kowton, Mssigno, Morris Cowan and local residents Spam Chop and Jake Twell also bringing the noise. The final stage, which will hold home by the lake will see new addition Kano headlining with Mike Skinner, Congo Natty, Cause & Affect, Zed Bias, Klashnekoff, Mella Dee, The Square, Scorayzee, Youngsta, Mr Mitch, Tumble Audio and the Highness Soundsystem DJs completing the billing.

Since Detonate Festival’s inauguration, the line-ups have been getting stronger and stronger, with this years looking to be the best yet. With a number of launch parties and after parties set to take place, the vibes will start early and end way after the main event, so get ready for a big one.
