DMA’s will be embarking on their autumn winter UK tour on 19th October, with 9 shows lined up in 9 different cities stopping off at Birmingham’s O2 Institute 26th October.
Hailing from Newtown, Australia, the band initially formed in 2012 when band members Tommy O’Dell and Johnny Took began writing songs with guitarist Matt Mason. After signing to the label I Oh You, DMA’s released their debut single Delete, which was followed up with their debut EP and eventually the bands first studio album. DMA’s released their debut LP Hills End at the beginning of the year complete with their infectious bravado and sound reminiscent of iconic 90’s Britpop bands.
Having gone down a storm in their home country and made the move to take over Europe last year, they are now making their mark internationally and have already gained lots of UK based fans with a number of recent club shows. Now is the time for them to further their efforts with performances at some of the UKs most iconic music venues.
Take a step back in time 20 years and indulge in some hedonistic Britpop courtesy of DMA’s this October at O2 Institute.
