Egg London, the capital’s favourite multi room dance music haven, has just released its plans for the summer with some very tasty musical treats spread over the coming months.
Next on the calendar sees Liverpool’s iconic night Circus coming over to host a night with the labels spearhead Yousef and a number of other guests including French dance experimentalist Butch. On bank holiday Sunday Egg pays tribute to the golden age of house music with a Promised Land special, which will see DJ Pierre and 808 State represent the dance music legends in a throwback to when it all got serious.
The following weekend Roska, Majestic and a special guest are on headline duties, before GLO comes to town the day after, welcoming DJ T, Bill Patrick and more. A short break takes us to June 20th when Terminal M welcome a long line of techno talent including Monika Kruse, Joel Mull, Pig & Dan and more, before Tiefschwarz visit in July to celebrate the launch of their new album.
Circus returns on July 18th with another impressive set of guests before Detroit Swindle’s Great Escape is patron to DJ Mag Presents, which will see the label heads bring Glenn Astro and more to the capital. Egg London will also be the host of the official Eastern Electrics after party that will see Steve Lawler headliner an all star cast, with a similar feat being thrown down the week after as Matthias Tanzmann’s Moon Harbour Showcase is set to bring the noise. Finally in August, No.19 Records will finish off the summer to a deep and dark delight with Better Lost Than Stupid member Martin Buttrich and guests.
