Album Of The Week: Rudimental - Toast To Our Differences

Album Of The Week: Rudimental - Toast To Our Differences

Stefan Gandhi | Features & Interviews

With the sweetest of sounds coming from the speakers of the Ticket Arena office it would be mighty selfish of us to keep them to ourselves, so we thought we’d let you in on what our staff use to soundtrack a hard day’s work. Now a weekly feature with the intent of bringing your attention to wonderful new sounds every Tuesday, our Album Of The Week looks at releases from the best in the game, whether fresh new acts about to hit the big time or established artists reminding the world of their continued talent. Simply put, it’s just the best in music that we think you should hear.

Rudimental have made quite the name for themselves as a major act for bringing the positive vibes to any party, establishing a worldwide reputation over the span of their music career since the release of their global breakthrough single ‘Feel the Love’ featuring John Newman. Fast forward seven years, numerous collaborations with some of the biggest acts on the planet including Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, Emeli Sandé, Lianne La Havas and more incredible music icons, and a collection of chart-topping singles, and you have a band who know how to lift you into the euphoria.

With the release of their third studio album, Toast to our Differences, you find yourself listening to the next phase in the band’s evolution as Rudimental explore new depths to their sound with new styles playing a part in what makes this band innovative and fresh with every release. Featuring a number of fan favourites from the likes of ‘These Days’ with Jess Glynne, Macklemore and Dan Caplen, ‘Sun Comes Up’ with pop sensation James McArthur to newer tracks such as ballad ‘Walk Alone’ with rising star Tom Walker and the upbeat party beat of ‘Let Me Live’ with Anne-Marie and Mr Eazi, there is no disappointing for avid fans on this new album as the English drum & bass quartet ready themselves for the next chapter of their successful career.

Get tickets to catch Rudimental’s DJ set at Hideout Festival which takes place at Zcre Beach in Croatia from Monday 1st - Saturday 6th July, as well as their Rudimental & Friends Ibiza Rocks DJ Residency at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, San Antonio from Thursday 4th July - Thursday 29th August.
