With the sweetest of sounds coming from the speakers of the Ticket Arena office it would be mighty selfish of us to keep them to ourselves, so we thought we’d let you in on what our staff use to soundtrack a hard day’s work. Now a weekly feature with the intent of bringing your attention to wonderful new sounds every Tuesday, our Album Of The Week looks at releases from the best in the game, whether fresh new acts about to hit the big time or established artists reminding the world of their continued talent. Simply put, it’s just the best in music that we think you should hear.
With a number of chart-topping singles under his belt collected over the past few years, London-based house DJ, producer and remixer Sigala released his debut album, Brighter Days, this September and there is certainly a track or two that will be on your radar after the major coverage and global success caught on by the Norfolk-born artist as a result of his ear for producing catchy pop singles, as well as a list of noteworthy collaborations that includes the likes of Ella Eyre, Craig David, Paloma Faith, Kylie Minogue as well as Nile Rodgers, DJ Fresh, French Montana, and many more iconic names, in addition to his first ever solo single titled ‘Easy Love’ back from 2015 that took a sample from Jackson 5’s ‘ABC’. Featuring six of his previously released top ten singles, the album includes all your favourite tropical house club bangers that are sure to lift your mood and get you ready for a good night out.
