Fans of house music in Stoke are drawing ever nearer to a landmark event in the town’s clubbing history, with The Move set to bring an off the scale party to China Hall for the city’s biggest ever warehouse party. Taking place on Saturday 2nd December, the rave will feature Steve Lawler, Solardo, Derrick Carter and Manu Gonzalez, and having seen images of the space being used, we’re absolutely buzzing to check it out in person.
Have a look at these pictures to get a taste of an event like no other that Stoke has seen.
Housed in the shell of the former Spode Works factory, China Hall is a mammoth space with crazy potential for parties, though The Move are the first promoters ever to repurpose it for such an event. Having been built as a ceramic factory all the way back in 1775, the building is an industrial blank canvas with centuries of history, and we can't wait to see how it fares when Solardo, Steve Lawler and Derrick Carter slam it into the modern day with their choice house cuts. Tickets are selling fast and VIP tickets with access to an exclusive bar, seating and toilets are also available, so don't dawdle.
