The 6th and the 7th of June will see Field Day Festival return to Victoria Park in London for another weekend of eclectic contemporary music and culture. The first wave of the line up was initially announced a few weeks ago, bringing us the news that the festival will be headlined by Ride, Caribou and Patti Smith. We have now been treated to a further list of names who will descending upon one of the capitals largest parks to perform on one of the eight stages that will showcase a vast variety of sounds for the now tens of thousands of guests who visit the festival every year.
There have been several names added to this years line up with the bulk appearing on the Saturday. Amongst the names that have just been announced for Saturday are Cashmere Cat, Bok Bok, DJ Barely Legal, Rae Morris, Spector, Young Gud, Shanti Celeste, Honne, Astronomyy, Danny L Harle and The Hackney Colliery Band to name just a few. There have also been a number of exciting announcements for Sunday as Eagulls, Gaz Coombes, Pale, Gulf and Ex Hex have also joined the bill.
