Detonate Festival returns to Colwick Country Park in Nottingham on Saturday 4th June with 5 stages of beats and bass to shake you up and make you dance. The full lineup for the festival has finally been revealed following a number of announcements over the past few months.
The Detonate Main Stage will be where the biggest names will be able to be found throughout the day, with Chase & Status headlining here with one of their legendary DJ sets. Craig David will be bringing his TS5 performance here also, whilst grime hero Stormzy, drum and bass aficionado Wilkinson and Ram Jam man David Rodigan will also turn out to perform. This is far from the end of the main stage action as Giggs, Shy FX, Preditah, Big Narstie and Levelz also appear, with MCs Rage, Stamina, Inja and Ad-Apt hosting the party there.
The Big Top will be taken over by Playaz at Detonate Festival 2016, one of the most renowned D&B labels in the business. Noisia will do the headline duties here, whilst Friction, DJ Hype, Hazard, Calibre, Fred V & Grafix and Alix Perez decimate the dance floor alongside a number of others. The Pontoon will be erupting with garage vibes all day at Detonate in Nottingham, courtesy of Redlight, DJ Zinc, Chris Lorenzo and Mr Mendel amongst others.
The powerhouse trio of TDQ (Royal T, DJ Q and Flava D) will lead another storming line up by the Lakeside that includes Novelist, Elijah & Skilliam and finally The Woodland will play host to deeper sounds. Curated by Wigflex, Deep Medi and Trace, here the music of DJ Koze, Mala, Paleman, Kahn, Chunky and Klose One will shake the trees with resounding bass frequencies.
