Chibuku return to the East Village Arts Club, for a more than anticipated return this month. This time they welcome Gesaffelstein (Bromance Records), George Fitzgerald (Hot Flush) and Phantasy domineer Erol Alkan, who have been invited to ruin the speakers on 12th October. In addition, female duo Eli & Fur will be tagging along to showcase a collection of deep house tracks, accompanied by some voluptuous vocals. Circus resident Lewis Boardman will also be standing by to show the crowd what he knows about the meaning of tech.
As fans await Gesaffelsteins album release on 28th October, excitement starts to build as his hard work has resulted in him proudly producing 2 tracks on Kanye Wests 6th album Yeezus, working closely with Daft Punk. What's more, he’s impressively remixed popular tracks for artists such as Tiga and Lana Del Ray. So with a track record that gains an unimaginable amount of brag points, French techno whizz Gesaffelstein will grace the stage for his first time at Chibuku.
George Fitzgerald's lucid and melodic sounds manage to tightly knit house and garage together, with his remix of Close & Scuba's Beam Me Up a fine example of just how the Englishman can throw it down. Party goers are in for a treat.
Special guests are yet to be announced, so keep your eyes on both Twitter and Facebook for more details. Advanced Chibuku tickets are strongly recommended to guarantee entry.
