Already renowned for stunning visuals that come alongside the euphoric and pulsating style of music they are reckoned with, Godskitchen have just announced that they are upping their game even more, through a new state of the art events production concept they have named MEKANIKA. Already Godskitchen has given us projects such as Boombox, Neon and The Fusion Cube, pushing the boundaries of event production to new boundaries, now MEKANIKA will take it even further than before.
Godskitchen’s MEKANIKA will see powerful and modern projection mapping technology taken to creative spaces all over the world, to create windows into otherworldly dimensions and bend your minds view on reality. The technique has been used in many other ways around the world, from morphing buildings into new shapes to turning rooms into optic adventures, ideas that now will be combined with music from classic Godskitchen DJs and guests.
The first presentation of this new project will take place on Saturday the 27th of September at The Rainbow Venues’ Textile Factory in Birmingham during the Godskitchen TXXENTY event, and from there the concept will embark on a worldwide tour. The UK launch will be graced by the Grammy award winning Paul Van Dyk and will also see the European live debut of Pure NRG, a collaboration between Solarstone and Giuseppe Ottaviani. Joining them will be John 00 Flemming, Ben Nicky, Ferry Tale, Paul Thomas Sam Mitcham and Steve Arnold.
This will no doubt celebrate Godskitchen’s twentieth anniversary in style, giving a chance to see this innovative technology being used in imaginative ways that will give you a taste of a really special club experience.
