Hannah wants has announced details of a UK tour for 2017, with shows in London and Bristol already confirmed. The house heroine will be playing at Electric Brixton on Saturday 4th February, with the former cinema space playing host to a near-certain sell out as one of UK dance music’s biggest names leads the parade. After that, she’ll be at Canal Mills in Leeds on Saturday 25th February, finishing her tour with a night at Bristol’s Motion on Fri 10th March and a closing event at The Rainbow Venues in her hometown of Birmingham. With shows in Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Newcastle, Cardiff and Bournemouth also booked in, Mixmag’s “undisputed queen of 2014” has a busy few months ahead of her.
Formerly a professional footballer, Hannah Wants devoted herself to DJing back in 2010 and hasn’t looked back, rising year on year to become a powerful force in the clubbing world. A regular headliner across the UK, Europe and America, Hannah has still found time to release bi-monthly mixtapes, remaining focussed on delivering music to her ever-expanding fan base alongside forays into production. Now with a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix under her belt, she’s up there with the biggest names around, and will be received warmly as she takes up her position in venues up and down the country in February and March.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday 18th November.
