Hospitality will be marking their tenth birthday by taking over Motion Bristol this winter, with a storming lineup of Netsky, Metrik, Etherwood, Dillinja and many more joining on November 4th. The show, which will see the promoters return to the spot of their successful Bristol BBQ event, sees some of the biggest names in drum and bass assemble in celebration of one of the nation’s best loved DnB nights.
A regular on Hospital Records, Netsky has been one of the genre’s stars in recent years, with his liquid funk sound proving popular enough to earn him several entries into the UK dance charts. Fellow headline names Metrik, Fred V & Grafix, and Danny Byrd have all proven similarly well-respected, and will between them bring the fizzing build ups and bruising drops that have proved so popular in crossover dance music. MCs Carasel, Wrec and Script will be hosting, with S.P.Y, Krakota, Logistics and Hugh Hardie also lining up to take to the decks.
Over at The Tunnel: Med School, the atmospheric drum and bass of Etherwood takes centre stage, with special guest Dillinja providing his jungle sound only one step down the bill. A live set from Frederic Robinson, as well as sets from Keeno, Anile and Mullett, will provide an excellent frame from which Ruthless and Remidy can rap their spiels.
Tickets for the birthday bash can now be bought in conjunction with a special 10 Years T-shirt, with the combination coming to under £28. T-shirts are available in several sizes, but the party is unlikely to come in at anything smaller than XXL.
