Junkyard Golf Club will be taking up temporary residence at a new venue in London on the 26th of May. The Last Days Of Shoreditch street food market, which lies on the corner of Old Street and will be home Junkyard’s latest crazy creation, Café Del Par. Also situated in Manchester and Brick Lane, the institution combines crazy golf with beats, eats and cocktails and will open at its temporary home of Shoreditch’s Red Market before waving goodbye to the site after summer.
The pun-filled nine hole course uses recycled material and crazy objects to build their holes; crazy golf has never been this crazy. Expect to play on holes called Carl Crocs and It’s All Gone Pete Thong, which will see you navigate through treadmills, speedboats, spa baths and mobility scooters dotted around the course amongst lots of other surprises. Before or after you’ve played there will be plenty of choices for food and drink as The Last Days of Shoreditch will welcome street food stalls from vendors like Crabbie Shack, The Joint, Yeah Burger and Le Bao amongst loads of others.
If you’re unlucky enough to miss the only chance to catch the course here, Junkyard Golf Club London will remain open at The Old Truman Brewery all year round.
