Cirque Du Soul’s first venture into the festival world is already shaping up nicely following the additions of more names to their inaugural lineup. El Dorado Festival will take place at the grounds of Eastnor Castle, Ledbury from the 1st-3rd July and promises to recreate an eye catching Aztec setting accompanied by sounds from some of today’s biggest artists.
Joining the likes of Craig David, Basement Jaxx and Mr Scruff will be one of grimes original stars and London Town lyricist Kano. The rapper has recently reaffirmed his arrival back onto the scene with a hard hitting freestyle dropped on BBC 1xtra which removed any doubts surrounding his comeback. Armed with a new LP, Made In The Manor, Kano will be on hand to help prove that the second coming of grime is well and truly here to stay.
Joining Kano will be American reggae and dancehall star Collie Buddz, British electronic duo Snakehips and UK bass purveyors My Nu Leng. Leeds collective Submotion Orchestra are also set to appear across the weekend, showcasing their expert blend of instrumentation and new age sounds.
