1Forty return to MiNT Club on Friday 6th October with a heavy arsenal of UK bass, boasting Preditah as headliner with Swifta Beater, Frazah and more in support. Offering grime, funky, bassline and plenty of UKG, the night will lead the party into its second year at the forefront of Leeds’ urban music scene.
Garage and grime producer Preditah has plenty of backers in the grime movement, with his simultaneously melodic and thumping style of composition earning him the attention of huge artists like JME, who threw his support behind Preditah after he laid down the heat with breakthrough track “The Big Wok”. A respected DJ whose talents have earned him high profile sets at Boiler Room and other iconic dance music brands, he’ll be well received in Leeds.
Joined by Slick Don on vocals, fellow Birmingham bass maestro Swifta Beater also beefs up the bill at MiNT, with tangents into hip-hop, drum and bass, bassline and more marking him out as another pulse-raising selector. Backed up by Brummie local Slick Don, he’ll be expecting to lay on quite a show for Leeds’ bass fanatics.
