Download Festival today added 48 new names to its 2017 bill, with A Day To Remember and Steel Panther among them. Taking place from Friday 9th until Sunday 11th June at Donington Park in Derby, the rock and metal specialist will invite dozens of the best bands that the two genres have to offer as it brings the noise for a seventeenth year.
Spread across several stages, Download will see System Of A Down, Biffy Clyro and Aerosmithheadlining, with the likes of Prophets of Rage, Alter Bridge, Death Punch and new additions A Day To Remember and Steel Panther also on the main stage. Sabaton, In Flames, Creeper, In Cadillac Three andHacktivist are also new additions to the main stage.
Pop-punk legends Sum 41 and Good Charlotte will be headlining Friday on the Zippo Encore Stage, with Rob Zombie and Slayer the Saturday and Sunday closers. Baroness, Suicidal Tendencies, Klevertak andAnathema are among those added to the bill on that stage, meaning it won’t be hard for you to justify splashing out on a ticket now that the general sale is underway...
