Asian Dub Foundation have confirmed new dates as part of their popular “La Haine” live soundtrack tour, which includes the Invisible Wind Factory in Liverpool on Friday 25th May and St Luke’s in Glasgow on Saturday 26th May. The group is made up of
Steve Chandra, Dr Das and Brian Fairbairn, who have always been politically and socially involved as a band - especially on their most-critically acclaimed album, Enemy of the Enemy.
The unique concept behind this live show takes the listener on a powerful journey of the 1995 French cult classic film using a combination of music and film to create an immersive experience unlike any other. After exclusively performing their reinterpretation of the original soundtrack for sold out shows that include the famous Troxy theatre in London and La Trianon in Paris, the trio are bringing their project back on the road to celebrate a film that previously reached number 32 in Empire Magazine’s Best 100 Films of World Cinema.
