With the announcement that indie psych pioneers Tame Impala would be taking to an exclusive headline slot at this year’s Citadel Festival, alongside a lineup that boasts CHVRCHES, GOAT, The Horrors, La Femme, Leon Bridges and many more, the London all dayer have added a slew of further acts to their eclectic lineup. The likes of psych tinged collective Pumarosa, jazz fusion act Kamaal Williams, Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard, Nabihah Iqbal, Ten Tonnes, Matt Maltese, Kamio, Plastic Mermaids, Her’s and more.
Pushing equality within the music industry to the forefront of their curated stage, Smirnoff host an eclectic and diverse group of acts on their Equalising Music platform. Headlining is none other than Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard taking on a DJ set, who’s solo electronica sounds are a testament to the undeniable skill of the DJ and producer. Joining him will be experimental producer Nabihah Iqbal, who, formerly known under her Throwing Shade moniker showcased her well-versed knowledge in diverse global sounds in her polished productions. With the likes of Fay Milton of punk band Savages also taking to the decks, as well as Kelly Lee Owens, Nancy Noise, futuristic duo Earthboogie, LDLDN and Hot Blood.
Kopparberg host a stage dedicated to the DIY, with Pumarosa, Kamio, Ten Tonnes, Plastic Mermaids, Matt Maltese, LUCIA, Her’s, W.H Lung plus some DJ sets from Acid Box. On top of this, the likes of Kamaal Williams, Old Dirty Brasstards, Errol Linton’s Blues Band, Blue Lab Beats and many may more.
