It’s back and it’s back with an almighty bang; HighRise Bristol returns on Friday 29th September, with Coki, Rodney P & Skitz, Randall b2b Total Science and a whole bunch more. Taking place at favourite stomping ground Lakota once again, the party will merge DnB, jungle, reggae, garage and anything else with bass that’ll knock your socks off.
Dubstep producer Coki has more than earned his place at the top of the lineup, having been behind some of the most killer cuts to come out of the dubstep golden era. Co-head of the seminal DMZ label that he and Mala have been so successful with, Coki is UK bass royalty, and will be treated as such when he arrives before his loyal subjects in the West Country’s bass music centre.
Legendary MC Rodney P joins up with hip-hop aficionado DJ Skitz on a lineup that is not short of iconic figures, with drum and bass tastemakers DJ Randall set to partner Total Science in a mouthwatering back to back set. Prince Fatty, Spooky, Jacky Murda, Utah Jazz and Radikal Guru are just a few of the other names on the weighty lineup, with Sinai Sound System and Firmly Rooted Sound System providing the power.
