Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman are better known by their DJ duo pseudonym Dusky. Pursuing the house and techno genres since their 2011 inception, the pair have mixed in jazz, classical as well as avant garde electronica, with the result gaining them plays from the likes of Pete Tong and Laurent Garnier as well as being voted and awarded Dj Magazine’s Best British Producers title in 2013. Known for touring relentlessly, and securing a reputation for their well-thought out and considered DJ sets, Dusky’s live performances are sought out by any fans of the unique genre clash. Named after their imprint, which boasts the likes of Bwana, Velvit, Trevino, Christian Piers and Lo Shea, their 17 Steps tour is to take them to Liverpool's Invisible Wind Factory on Friday 2nd March, Nottingham's The Brickworks, Manchester's Gorilla and Bristol’s Motion venue on Friday 20th April. If you can't wait till then, the pair will be taking to The Arch in Brighton on Saturday 18th November.
