Eminem has been confirmed to play Reading & Leeds Festival in August.
The rap star is set to headline the Saturday night at Reading (26th August) before heading up north Bramham Park, Leeds the following night to close out the festival. Eminem returns to the festival double header for the first time since his headline performance in 2013.
Further headliners booked in to appear over the course of the weekend of 25th-27th August include Muse and Kasabian.
Moving away from the festival’s rock orientated roots, the Reading & Leeds 2017 lineup echoes a shift toward more dance and electronic acts with the likes of Fatboy Slim, Major Lazer, Flume, Marshmelloand Andy C featuring high up on the bill. Hip-hop and grime will aim to leave a sizeable footprint in the mud over the course of the weekend as Giggs, Rejji Snow, Wiley, Mist, Leathal Bizze and Danny Brownare all confirmed to appear.
Reading & Leeds favourites Jimmy Eat World, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Billy Tallent and Architects are set to return, while At The Drive In – who are set to release their first album in 17 years – have also been confirmed to appear.
