Iconic hip hop duo Pete Rock and CL Smooth claim date in Manchester

Pete Rock and CL Smooth are known for their sampling of hip hop from earlier years, creating their own version of the genre. Infusing smooth jazz with hip hop beats, the pair have been proving their rightful spot as heroes of the New York rap scene since the release of their debut EP in ‘91. They’ve since gone on to release albums that are regarded as seminal among fans of hip hop, such as Mecca & The Soul Brother and The Main Ingredient. The pair continue to tour the world offering fans live renditions, and they’ll be headed to Manchester’s O2 Ritz to do just that.

Pete Rock and CL Smooth will be headlining Manchester’s O2 Ritz on Saturday 14th October.
