After completely selling out his UK tour, J Hus adds a date at Leeds O2 Academy to meet the unprecedented demand of his nationwide fanbase. The young rapper’s debut release Common Sense, which dropped earlier this year, was met with a warm reception by grime fans as well as some of the biggest names within the grime scene.
The artist of Gambian descent has quickly stormed to success and become a pillar of the ever growing UK grime scene by introducing himself to the masses by contributing to a single featured on Stormzy’s awaited debut Gang Signs and Prayers album with Ghetts. He was quickly snapped up and signed by Epic Records and the following day he released a widely acclaimed record, all by the age of 22.
You can hear live versions of House of Common as J Hus comes to Leeds O2 Academy on Tuesday, 24th October.
