Motion Bristol is set to usher in a new era of clubbing this summer with the launch of Yard Open Air Club.
Situated within the grounds of the warehouse venue, Yard Open Air Club will provide Motion with an outdoor clubbing space in its own entity, and utilise the backdrop of the surrounding Container Yard, Crane Yard and Lock Yard.
Scheduled to launch on Saturday 26th August, the opening party will see a lineup of a similar size and robustness to the industrial mega structures residing near by. Techno pioneer and ethereal being Jeff Mills will be trusted to test the durability of the new space in a rare appearance, while fellow Detroit native Seth Troxler is also set to feature. Hometown hero Eats Everything will make a welcome return to Motion to christen the Yard, with visceral DJ and producer Daniel Avery making for another impressive addition to the lineup. The rest of the afternoon and evening’s programme will be spilling over with talent, as further sets will be supplied by the likes of Joy Orbison, Midland, Axel Boman, Tobias and Octo Octa.
Tickets to Yard Open Air Club’s launch go on sale 9am Thursday 4th May.
