This December, Aldershot will see a stellar lineup of grime and hip hop as Footsie, one half of legendary grime and dubstep duo Newham Generals, is to perform at a night dedicated to the genres. With the duo’s inception being over a decade ago and associated acts including the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Skepta, JME and more, Newham Generals are considered pioneers of the genre. King Original is a lineup chosen and curated by Footsie himself, a grime connoisseur, and so a whole host of the best rappers and DJs can be expected. He calls on friend and collaborator of Wiley, P Money to join him on the night, as well as fellow emcee Harry Shotta, and a whole host of grime and dub DJs to complete what promises to be a huge party for any hip hop fan.
